The environment of Boulevard
The area of the Tbilisi Sea envisioned as the vital artery and lungs of the city was conceived back in the 19th century, and was initially developed not only for water supply but also to revitalize barren lands and improve the city’s air quality.
In addition to the diverse benefits of the Boulevard residential space, in the vicinity of the complex there is a 250-hectare arboretum with about 300 different species of plants, created in 1956, and the new Zoo of Tbilisi, the construction of which has already begun.
