The project is being developed on 30 hectares ans will integrate residential, investment, commercial and hotel infrastructure within a unified space.
Solar panels will be installed on most buildings of Tbilisi Boulevard, ensuring the energy independence of the complex and significantly reducing electricity costs.
Each residential block will feature a lobby and reception area, a communal space for meetings, a children’s corner, security, and cleaning services.
The project is co-financed by the Bank of Georgia (one of Georgia’s largest and most influential private banks) and Slovak Exim Banka (Slovak state-owned bank).
